Code Ivy Consulting was engaged not only to build a robust system but also to guide Hameed Latif Hospital through its digital transformation journey in radiology. We began with consulting workshops involving senior stakeholders, consultant radiologists, administrators, and support staff. These discovery sessions helped map pain points in existing manual processes, align the solution to departmental priorities, and build consensus across teams.

Following this phase, our team developed a full-stack web application using PHP Laravel, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. The solution streamlined patient registration, ticketing, and report generation, and enabled consultant radiologists to record structured findings directly into patient profiles. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensured separate, secure workflows for Doctors, Admins, and Staff.
